In SAS^® Visual Investigator 10.8, the page with Child Object Viewer control might not render correctly. As a result, no data is displayed in the Child Object Viewer grid.

This issue occurs if you have a child entity with a 'data' (case insensitive) column name and the column name is included in the list of fields to be displayed in the grid. 

Example Scenario

Child Entity 'JCar' contains a 'data' column name:

The Child Object Viewer control includes the 'data' column name as list of fields to be displayed in the grid:

As a result, the Child Object Viewer incorrectly renders:

Cause

The use of the word 'data' is not allowed, as it is a reserve word.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, rename the 'data' column name.
