PROC POWER with the TEST=FM option in the TWOSAMPLEFREQ statement generates an exception error


PROC POWER issues

ERROR: An exception has been encountered.

if you specify the TEST=FM option in the TWOSAMPLEFREQ statement. The Farrington-Manning score test is available beginning in SAS 9.4 TS1M3 (SAS/STAT 14.1). If you use the TEST=FM option in an earlier release, the error is generated.
