In SAS Visual Investigator, using a single manual alert menu to reopen alerts across multiple domains causes scenario-fired events (SFEs) to persist incorrectly between menu selections. 

For example, you encounter this problem if you perform steps similar to the following:

1. Select a domain that contains available SFEs. 
2. Select a domain that contains no closed alerts. The previous SFEs are incorrectly displayed and used, which results in alerts being reopened in the wrong domain with incorrect data.

Workaround

To work around the issue, use multiple manual alerts toolbar buttons for each domain rather than using the menu.
