In SAS Social Network Analysis Server, alerts might not be displayed in the Alerts page for an alert series. The getActionableEntities stored-process log shows that there are no errors in the SAS code execution, but the data never renders in the Alerts page. This issue might occur when both conditions are true:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Infinity is not a valid double value as per JSON specification. To override this behavior, use GsonBuilder.serializeSpecialDoubleValues() method.
