In PROC SHEWHART, PROC MACONTROL and PROC CUSUM, the HTML_LEGEND= option on any chart statement may generate incorrect links in the legend. Links may be broken or they may go the wrong page. The HTML= option works correctly.

There is no circumvention for this problem.
