You might receive the following pop-up error message when running code even if your code previously worked in SAS^® OnDemand for Academics:

ERROR MESSAGE: User uXXXXXXXX has insufficient permissions to create /home/uXXXXXXXX/.sasstudio/.images/XXXXX. Contact your system administrator to resolve.

 

This issue might be related to your disk space being full.

If you encounter this issue, here are some troubleshooting steps that you can perform:

• Check the Files menu located on the right of the dashboard, which shows your Home Directory space, to see whether your disk space is full:

• SAS recommends you install the Quota Usage Tool by completing the steps in the How do I check my data storage quota? topic in the SAS OnDemand for Academics FAQ to have a clearer view of their storage and usage.
  
  
• If your storage is not full or you have freed up space already and encounter the same error, open a case in the SAS Customer Portal.
