The SAS® Installation Qualification Tool might generate a checksum error for the SAS® Deployment Agent wrapper.conf file


When you run the SAS Installation Qualification Tool on a Microsoft Windows operating system, a checksum error might be seen for SAS Deployment Agent. This issue affects a SAS® 9.4M7 (TS1M7) installation that is installed from a depot after August 18, 2020.

The SAS Installation Qualification Tool reports a checksum mismatch on the wrapper.conf file with output that is similar to the following (your message might differ slightly):
