If you promote a SAS report from SAS^® 9.4 to SAS^® Viya^®, you might find that the contents might not load correctly, if at all, when you open the report in Edit mode and click the Filters pane:

Other panes such as Roles or Actions might also not load correctly.

This issue can occur if the MONTH format has been applied to any of your data items. This format changed between SAS 9.4 and SAS Viya, and data items that use it do not get properly updated during promotion.

If you have already encountered this problem, it is possible to adjust the format from within SAS Visual Analytics. Send an export of your report to SAS Technical Support for repair.
