"The server is not valid" error might appear when you connect to SAS Visual Analytics using the Additional Visual Analytics Profiles in SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office. This issue occurs if the website certificate is not trusted in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store on the SAS Add-In client computer.

To determine whether the SAS Visual Analytics website is secure, log on to SAS Visual Analytics in a web browser. If the website is not secure, the browser displays a "Not secure" notification as shown below:

Click the "Not Secure" browser notification to view the problem details, as shown here:

An administrator must correct this issue by completing the steps on the Import and Export Certificate - Microsoft Windows web page.
