Attempts to open a Scorecard node fail with a "builderstattable.sas7bdat cannot be found" error


After you restart SAS® Cloud Analytic Services, attempts to open a Scorecard node can fail with the following 404 error:

404: The warehouse content "builderstattable.sas7bdat" was not found for the component (ID xxx). 

The issue occurs when you complete steps similar to the following:

  1. Create and successfully execute a pipeline that contains a Scorecard node.
  2. Restart SAS Cloud Analytic Services.
  3. Reopen the Scorecard node using Manage Scorecard Model.

Cause

The Scorecard editor depends on internally generated warehouse content, including the builderstattable.sas7bdat file.

Following a SAS Cloud Analytic Services restart, the required warehouse content is no longer available to the Scorecard component, which prevents the scorecard editor from opening. 

This issue is a product defect in SAS® Viya® 2026.05.

Resolution

This issue has been corrected in SAS® Viya® 2026.08. To resolve this issue, upgrade to a release that contains the fix.
