In SAS Performance Analysis, when you reference a plan version after you apply the Plan Rerate process, the displayed rate might not match the new rate that is applied to the worksheets within that plan version. 

SAS Performance Analysis displays the default assigned rate when the following criteria are met:

• The cell intersection of Merchandise/Location/Time was not planned within the worksheets assigned to the plan version that is referenced.
• The static level of Merchandise, Location, or Time was not planned within the worksheets assigned to the plan version that is referenced.

This issue occurs because SAS Performance Analysis views are assigned a default exchange rate.
