I. Initial Questions
- What is the order number associated with this installation or deployment?
- Did you follow the instructions in SAS Viya 3.5 for Linux: Deployment Guide?
- Is this a Multi-tenant environment?
- Which portion of the installation steps fail?
- Provide any additional details that can be shared regarding the business impact of this issue.
II. Data Collection
Share the following data collection with SAS Technical Support
- Collect the following from the /sas_viya_playbook/ directory:
- inventory.ini
- vars.yml
- <tenant>_vars.yml (if applicable)
- deployment.log
- On all the machines of the environment, check the status of all services:
- sudo /etc/init.d/sas-viya-all-services status
