You are not able to see attachments listed in the Notes sidebar window in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering


You are not able to see a list of attachments in the Notes sidebar window if your user account has a display name that is longer than 26 characters.

Here are some examples:

A. User account with user display name that has more than 26 characters:

Display name is populated with a super long name

In the Notes window, the attachment icon and the attachment file name are not displayed:

A test attachment to see if a user with a long name can see the attachment

B. User account with user display name that has fewer than 26 characters:

User display name is "SAS Demo User"

In the Notes window, the attachment icon and a portion of the attachment file name are displayed.

The workaround in SAS® Management Console is to ensure that you specify a user display name that has a maximum of 26 characters.
