When upgrading SAS from SAS 9.4M5 or earlier to SAS^® 9.4M8 (TS1M8) or SAS 9.4M9, themes might not be displayed in the SAS Theme Designer application. This issue can occur when the Postgres database is not upgraded when SAS is updated.
