You are unable to log in to SAS® Visual Investigator after a SAS® Anti-Money Laundering hot-fix package is installed multiple times

A SAS Visual Investigator page shows a spinning wheel at login after you apply a SAS Anti-Money Laundering hot-fix package several times. In this scenario, a message similar to the following might be displayed in the amlCore.log:

2022-05-17 10:59:56.765 ERROR 4918 --- [TaskBootstrap-1] com.sas.fcs.aml.core.TenantOnboarder : service [d8432243bc5c4479] Bootstrapper failed... retrying org.flywaydb.core.api.FlywayException: Validate failed: Detected failed migration to version 8.2.2.10 (set permissions for amldbadmin and amldbuser userids)

You encounter this issue when using an Oracle database in SAS Anti-Money Laundering.

A workaround is to run the code below to delete a record in Core.Schema_Version table and then restart the amlCore service.

delete from core.schema_version where "installed_rank"=11; commit;

You can use the following code to stop and start the amlCore service:

sudo systemctl stop sas-viya-amlcore-default
sudo systemctl start sas-viya-amlcore-default
