OUTPUT statement in PROC QLIM may generate a floating point exception error with missing values on independent variables


If you use the OUTPUT statement to output statistics to an output data set and if there is a missing value on any independent variable in the model for any observation in the data set, then the following error message might appear in the log:

ERROR: Invalid Operation.
ERROR: Termination due to Floating Point Exception

To circumvent the problem, remove those observations with missing independent variable(s) from the data set before using PROC QLIM.
