SAS is continuously optimizing its systems and processes to better support our customers. In 2025, SAS is moving to a new license distribution system as part of an upgrade to our core financial management systems.

With the release of this license distribution system, SAS is streamlining the method for assigning and controlling licenses at the site level. The ability to distribute SAS licenses will be limited to a single individual contact at each customer site. That primary contact will receive software order emails (SOEs) and other communications about license distributions. This primary contact will then have the ability to distribute licenses to the appropriate individuals within the organization.
