Within the SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.x application, if you have more than 100 action status items and attempt to view the details associated with an entry older than the top 100, the application correctly displays the following error message:

Action status details are only available for the last 100 actions. The action status you selected is beyond this limit, and no details are available.

However, in the scenario where the application is unable to obtain details for a specific action item, then the above error message is triggered and displayed even if the number of action items taken is less than 100.  

There is currently no solution or workaround for this reported issue.
