In SAS Clinical Acceleration LTS 2026.03, when you open SAS Studio, the Manage menu might not update the available options as expected. As a result, unexpected behavior occurs in the user interface (UI). 

This issue occurs when you complete steps similar to the following:

1. Navigate to SAS Studio and open your workspace.
2. Select a file in the workspace and use the Manage menu item to check it out.
3. Do not deselect (that is, clear) the item.
4. Go back to the Manage menu item and try to check in the item.

The actual behavior is as follows: the Check-in and Undo Check out options are unavailable (that is, the options are grayed out). 

The expected behavior is that both the Check-in and Undo Check out options are available.

Workaround

This issue will be resolved in a future software release. 

As a workaround, clear the item and then select it again.
