The use of touchscreen devices with SAS Enterprise Case Management is not supported. When a device is enabled for touchscreen functionality, some actions are not possible in the application on the device. For example, you might not be able to select a case that is displayed in the user interface.

The workaround is to disable touchscreen functionality within the browser that is being used.
