PROC CAUSALMED causes the SAS^® system to terminate abnormally when you specify a BOOTSTRAP statement and you also specify the COXPH option in the MODEL statement. The COXPH option requests a Cox proportional hazards model.

Workaround

You can prevent this issue by specifying the AFT option instead of the COXPH option in the MODEL statement. The AFT option fits an accelerated failure time model.
