"Error: An error happened while running the Depot Optimization" occurs when you run SAS® Download Manager


When you run SAS Download Manager, you get the following error:

Running the Depot Optimization
Error: An error happened while running the Depot Optimization.

This error might mean that you have not allocated enough disk space for the SAS Software Depot.

You can run the following command from UNIX System Services (USS) to see how much disk space is in the file system where the depot is located:

df -k /path/to/depot
