SAS knowledge articles currently exist as SAS Notes and SAS KB articles. This article provides an overview about how to use SAS sites to search for both types of knowledge. You can also use a search engine such as Google to find both SAS Notes and SAS KB articles.
SAS Notes
SAS Notes refer to knowledge articles with the classifications of Problem, Installation, Usage, and Sample that have been authored since 2010. To search the collection of SAS Notes, go to the SAS Knowledge page on the Support site and enter keywords into the search bar.
SAS Support KB Articles
SAS Support KB articles refers to knowledge articles with the classifications of Solution, Installation, and How to that are included in the SAS Customer Service Portal (customer portal) starting in August 2023. This collection includes some SAS Notes that have been migrated to this knowledge base. To search this collection, go to the Knowledge page on the customer portal and enter keywords into the search bar.
