Running the java -jar sas.tools.viewregistry.jar command produces a "NULL" result under the following conditions:

• If an environment is deployed from a web download only.
• If the environment does not have SAS software installed from an order into the same SASHome location. 

In this scenario, neither of the expected output files, DeploymentRegistry.txt or DeploymentRegistry.html, are generated.

As a consequence of this issue, the SASHFADD tool, which requires the DeploymentRegistry.txt file, is inoperable in SDW-based web download-only environments.
