Accessing My SAS Portal triggers the message "Sorry, the service is not available at the moment…"


If you are a SAS Representative or delegate accessing your licensing information from the Manage My Software Account on the My SAS portal, you might encounter the error message:


Sorry, the service is not available at the moment. Please contact SAS Technical Support in the United States at 919.677.8008


Note that this is a known issue that is currently being investigated. For immediate licensing requests, contact Licensing Operations.

If the issue is not urgent, try again in 24 hours. If the problem persists, contact SAS Technical Support for further assistance.
