Using GO_ENABLE_LOGGING=YES to generate logging information for the Go Layer with SAS/ACCESS^® Interface to Google BigQuery might result in the specified file not being created when running SAS^® Viya^® 3.5 24w38 or later.  

There is no workaround for this issue.
