Requests for a SAS Pooled Workspace Server might fail when the following conditions are true:

The following warning and error message might be written to the object spawner log when the SAS Pooled Workspace Server request fails:

WARN - Load Balancing interface call failed with exception <?xml version="1.0" ?><Exceptions></Exceptions>.

ERROR - The IOM call failed

To work around this issue, do either of the following:

Run the SAS object spawner process on a single grid node in the cluster.
Configure SAS Pooled Workspace Server to use the Most recently used algorithm instead of the Grid algorithm, and associate the machines that contain a running SAS object spawner for the SAS Pooled Workspace Server definition.

SAS Pooled Workspace Server requests might fail with "WARN - Load Balancing interface call failed with exception..." and "ERROR - The IOM call failed"
