The Project Maintenance window is a tool that is available within SAS Enterprise Guide to change references within a single project. Note that using this tool resets the display order of process flows within the project. Specifically, if you manually reordered the process flows after their initial creation, this custom order will be lost. Instead, the flows will revert to their original sequence.

To avoid unintended changes to the visual layout or the logical sequencing of the process flows, it is recommended that you use the Migration Wizard. This tool does preserve the custom structure. To launch the wizard, execute MigrationWizard.exe, which is located in your SAS Enterprise Guide installation directory.

Note: This issue will be fixed in the SAS^® Enterprise Guide^® 8.6 release.
