In SAS® Merchandise Financial Planning 6.8, a query used by the application for saved worksheet state folders might periodically remove additional folders from the directory path. This issue occurs if the installation directory path name matches with the first eight characters in the naming convention for folders within the /plan_61 directory.
To circumvent this issue, identify a new directory path for Saved State folders within the worksheetstate.path and worksheetstate.temppath parameters in the application Microkernelconfig.xml file.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
