When you set up a metadata-configured SAS/CONNECT spawner to use SSL/TLS, you must select SSL from SAS^® Management Console in Connect Server Properties ► Advanced Options ► for the Encryption Algorithm Names field.  

If SSL is not displayed as a choice, or the SSL value does not visibly persist after selecting the SSL value, apply the associated hot fix.
