Your selections for fields to be displayed on the Alert Lineage tab do not persist in these scenarios:

• You close and then reopen the page.
• You open another entity, for example a case, and select its Alert Lineage tab.
• You refresh the page. 

You encounter this issue if you complete steps similar to the following:

1. Select a tab on the case details page (or your entity) that was configured via the Alert Lineage control in SAS Visual Investigator.
   
   
2. Click the three dots next to one of the fields.
   
   
3. Select Columns from the drop-down menu.
   
   
4. Select fields that you want included in the grid.
   
   
5. Click Apply to confirm your selections. The columns that you selected are included in the grid. 
   
   
6. Close and then reopen the page, open another entity and select its Alert Lineage tab or refresh the page, and the selected fields are displayed briefly and then only the default fields are displayed.
