SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.1 – Some SAS® file types are not checked in as outputs following the completion of a published job


The following SAS file types are not written to the Repository when defined as outputs in a published job: 

This issue is corrected beginning with SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.1.1 except for a specific scenario involving item stores (sas7bitm).  

For item stores, there are cases where item stores are checked in as expected. However, the item stores might not be in the case where an item store is written out to a library.

Workaround 

A workaround is available for the case where an item store written to a library is not checked in. Specifically, the workaround is available if some other file type is written to the library first, and then the item store is checked in as expected. 

Beginning with SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.3, you can specify a location from which to check in files. 

An additional workaround for the reported issue involving item stores (sas7bitm) is to define the location of the item store in the Check in tab of the job so that the item store will be checked in when the job completes.
