SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.3 represents the most recent release (June 2025) of this SAS^® Health and Life Sciences solution offering.

The 5.4.3 release of SAS Life Science Analytics Framework contains the following environment and component updates with respect to the previous release of the software (SAS^® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.2). 

• SAS Software Version: SAS^® 9.4M9 (TS1M9)
• Java Version: JDK 21 (application mid-tier) / JRE 21 (SAS 9.4M9)
• Hosted Operating System: No update from SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.2. SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.3 is validated against Linux (RHEL 8.10).
• R Base Version: No update from SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.2. SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.3 is validated against R4.4.
