The SAS^® Intelligent Decisioning Data query node uses the DS2 SQLSTMT package method. When inserting ten non-ascii characters in a column in a Microsoft SQL server table that can host ten characters, the following error might occur:

ERROR: String data, right-truncated.

Note: A Postgres database or the FEDSQL procedure can insert the characters as expected.
