In SAS^® Merchandise Planning 6.8, the source worksheet within the plan version is set to What-if when you use the worksheet copy option of Copy Worksheet and Copy Dimensions Only. Additional worksheets might contain the What-If flag if the worksheets meet the following criteria:

• There are multiple copies of the plan version that contain a worksheet with the same Merch/Loc/Time boundaries as the source.

Workaround

To avoid having to update the What-If flag in the copied plan versions, do either of the following:

• Select the Make What-If Worksheet copy option. This option creates a duplicate of the source worksheet with the selected What-If flag.
• Select the Copy and Modify Dimensions copy option. This option generates a copy with the same worksheet dimensions without the selected What-If flag.
