The application log file name is SASCostAndProfitabilityManagement8.4.log. This log is created in your configuration directory:
The server.log (for Windows) or catalina.out (for Unix systems) files for SAS Web Application Server can also provide useful information. This log is created in your SAS Web Application Server directory under the configuration directory:
SAS Cost and Profitability Management 8.4 provides logging for the compute server application. The model log file name for a given model is AbmLog_M<Model-ID>.log. The server log file name for the ABMServer is the ABMServer<date>.log. These logs are created in your configuration directory:
SAS-configuration-directory\Lev1\ObjectSpawner\Logs\ObjectSpawner_yyyy-mm-dd_nnn.logyyyy-mm-dd_nnn represents the date of the log file.
Be sure to send the log file with the most recent date and time stamp.
