After you enter your SAS Fraud Management login credentials, a spinning progress icon is displayed that does not go away. As a result, the user interface screen does not render.

Workaround

To circumvent this issue, do either of the following:

• Refresh your browser while the spinning progress icon is displayed. To refresh a web browser, you can either click the Refresh button or use the F5 keyboard shortcut.
• Use a bookmark or favorite of the SAS Fraud Management URL without the intro.jsp string.
