Workaround
Common workarounds for this issue are as follows:
- Make repeated login attempts.
- Clear your browser, delete your cache and cookies, and restart your system.
- Try different browsers, versions, or modes. (For example, Microsoft Edge InPrivate mode or Google Chrome in Incognito mode.)
- Try different locations or workstations.
In addition, the following workarounds might circumvent this issue:
- If your SAS Fraud Management WebApp servers are in a cloud environment, running a browser in that cloud environment as opposed to a remote desktop might circumvent the issue.
- Environmental tuning to reduce latencies, network, load balancing, firewall, security, database, or other tuning might circumvent the issue.
- Reduce the login workload by reducing the number of roles each user has. This change reduces the overhead from getting data from the database to render the SAS Fraud Management screen and tabs.
