The user interface (UI) does not completely render when you log on to SASĀ® Fraud Management


When you log on to SAS Fraud Management, some elements of the user interface are not displayed. As a result, you are unable to use some of these elements.

To analyze this issue, complete the following steps:

  1. Start browser debug tools in Microsoft Edge and/or Google Chrome.
  2. Reproduce the issue.
  3. Check the debug console log for errors similar to the following:

Uncaught (in promise) InvalidCharacterError: Failed to execute 'atob' on 'Window': The string to be decoded is not correctly encoded.
