If you try to update a lookup list while SAS OnDemand Decision Engine is in the process of starting up, the lookup list might be left in a locked state. As a result, subsequent lookup list redeploy requests and update requests are prevented from succeeding after the SAS OnDemand Decision Engine start-up completes.
