Dynatrace OneAgent and AppMon monitoring software might interfere with the ability to save reports in SAS Visual Analytics. You might see the following error when trying to save a report:
An error occurred saving the report.
The Console tab of the browser developer tools might display messages that are similar to the following:

When this problem occurs, you might be able to save the report under a different name using the Save As option. If you are using Dynatrace OneAgent, you can avoid this issue by disabling the Real User Monitoring (RUM) option for Cache control header optimizations. If you are using Dynatrace AppMon, you can avoid this issue by disabling User Experience Management (UEM).
