The SAS Life Science Analytics Framework Java API 2.7.1 is available for use with SAS^® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.3.

Notes

• Version 2.7.1 of the Java API DOES NOT represent a replacement for the 2.7 version. Java API version 2.7.1 is intended for use with SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.3, and Java API version 2.7 is intended for use with SAS^® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.2.
• The 5.4.3 release of SAS Life Science Analytics Framework ships with SAS^® platform version 9.4M9 (TS1M9), which contains a Java Version update (Java 21).
• For guidance about SAS Private JRE updates for SAS^® 9.4M9 (TS1M9), see SAS Note 56203, "Downloading the SAS^® Private Java Runtime Environment version 7, version 8, or version 11 update for SAS^® 9.3 and SAS^® 9.4"
• API 2.7.1 clients require JRE 17 or higher.

Additional Notes

There are no new feature enhancements for, or defects addressed with, Java API 2.7.1. The release simply represents a port of the software to be compatible with SAS Life Science Analytics 5.4.3 and SAS 9.4M9.
