Certain data versions might not appear to aggregate to the Total Merchandise level in the Performance Analysis view


Within SAS® Merchandise Planning 6.8, an issue might occur where not all data versions appear to be populated at the higher levels of Merch/Loc/Time (MLT) for all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within a Performance Analysis (PA) view. The Exchange Rate for the data version must be populated and visible in the KPI Set.

Workaround

To display the values at the higher levels, complete the following steps:

  1. Edit the KPI Set and include the data version that does not display the values at higher levels.
  2. For the KPI Type field, select Misc.
  3. Select the Exchange Rate (ER) from the list of available metrics. The ER will be added to the KPI Set.
  4. Save the worksheet. The data will now populate for the higher levels of MLT.
  5. Before closing the worksheet, remove the ER from the KPI Set and save the worksheet.

Note: You will need to add the ER again for the data version the next time that you open the PA view
