You are not able to see attachments listed in the Notes sidebar window in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering


You are unable to view a list of attachments in the Notes sidebar window if your user account contains a display name that is longer than 26 characters.

Here are some examples:

  1. A user account with a user display name contains more than 26 characters:Display name is populated with a super long name

    In the Notes window, the attachment icon and the attachment file name are not displayed:A test attachment to see if a user with a long name can see the attachment

  2. A user account with a user display name contains fewer than 26 characters:User display name is "SAS Demo User"

    In the Notes window, the attachment icon and a portion of the attachment file name are displayed.A paperclip icon shows the attachment in the notes window

Workaround

In SAS® Management Console, ensure that you specify a user display name that contains a maximum of 26 characters.

This issue occurs in both SAS® Anti-Money Laundering 7.1 and SAS® Anti-Money Laundering 7.2 and is fixed in only SAS Anti-Money Laundering 7.2 M1 Hot Fix 1.
