After you initially install SAS Studio Single User and then start it, the following error messages might appear:

"The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

These errors occur because of a missing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 redistributable dependency. 

Workaround

To work around this issue, install both the 64-bit and 32-bit Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable.

• MicrosoftVisualC++2010Redistributable_x86.zip

Another message you might see is a prompt asking to "Select JRE location":

1. Install a supported JRE bitness that matches the SAS^® 9.4 foundation installation.
   For example, if SAS 9.4 64-bit is installed, a support 64-bit JRE should be installed. See SAS^® 9.4 Support for Java for details on supported JRE information
