The sort order of tables in the SAS Enterprise Guide Servers view has changed in SAS Enterprise Guide 8.x to alphabetical sorting with logical/number awareness:
In SAS® Enterprise Guide® 7.x, SAS® Foundation, and SAS® Studio, the sort order is purely alphabetic sorting:
This sort order change in SAS Enterprise Guide 8.x is by design. The latter is a more logical default, and it is the same as in the Windows File Explorer.
