When SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office published applications are set to higher resolutions than those of the Citrix server, flickering might occur on the monitor of the client machine.

To resolve the issue, modify the Citrix server to use the default monitor resolution of the client machine that is running the published applications.

Note: If you are running SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office as published applications from a Windows Server 2003, perform the above step and then apply the hot fix available at this Microsoft website.
