When running the Table Analysis task from SAS Enterprise Guide 4.2, you might encounter the error message that is shown in the following display:

SAS Enterprise Guide has encountered a problem. We recommend that you save your work and restart SAS Enterprise Guide.

When you select the Show Details check box, you might see additional technical information as shown in the following display:

To circumvent the problem, follow these steps:

  1. Click Start ► Run.
  2. Type the following in the Open text box: regsvr32 "c:\Program Files\SAS\EnterpriseGuide\4.2\UMFreqModelControl.ocx".
