The SAS® Enterprise Guide® menu persists when you switch between it and other applications in a Citrix environment


If you switch back and forth between SAS Enterprise Guide and other applications while working in a Citrix environment, the SAS Enterprise Guide menu might remain visible, on the other application.

This problem occurs when the version of Citrix Receiver on the client is earlier than version 4.3.

Here is an example. The following shows the SAS Enterprise Guide menu persisting after the user has switched to the Microsoft Word application:

Workaround

To resolve this issue, download and install the latest version of the Citrix Receiver.
