When viewing a SAS Object Spawner's counter attributes in SAS^® Management Console or using the IOMOPERATE procedure, some counters might not always be present. These counters are prefixed with LogicalServer.<LogicalServerName> and have the following names:

• ActivePeers
• CurrentConnectedClients
• CurrentPendingClients
• CurrentRunningServers
• CurrentWaitingClients
• PossibleConcurrentClientConnections
• PossibleConcurrentServers
• TotalSuccessfulClients
• TotalTimedOutClients

When running multiple object spawners, during initialization, one is selected as the parent. Then, these counters are added. If another parent is selected, which would occur if the current parent stopped, the new parent does not create these counters.

Workaround

To work around this issue, restart the object spawners.
