"ERROR: File DB2LIB.table-name.DATA does not exist" or "NOTE: No rows were selected" occurs in SAS/ACCESS® Interface to DB2


When using SAS/ACCESS Interface to DB2, unexpected results might occur when you run a query that references valid table names. 

When you query a LIBNAME, the following error might occur:

ERROR: File db2-lib.table-name.DATA does not exist.

When you use the SQL Pass-through Facility, the following message might occur:

NOTE: No rows were selected.

The issue occurs when you run SAS® 9.4M9 (TS1M9) (Unicode Support) on a Windows Operating System.
